  • Vouchers can be redeemed against any of our escape rooms or items in our shop.
  • If the value of the voucher is less than the cost of the booking, the recipient can pay the difference.
  • Any remaining balance can be used for future bookings.
  • You (and optionally the voucher recipient) will receive a digital copy of the gift voucher to your provided email address(es).
  • Printed gift vouchers will be posted (1st class) for an additional £2.99. Order before 12pm for same day dispatch.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
